This is the best! One dose works very gently. Not like liquid laxatives that work quickly and harshly. This is natural and introduces good bacteria in your system. I do keep it in the refrigerator as this is live probiotics. Though the bottle says it is not necessary to refrigerate.
I received a bottle of ashwagandha in my fabfitfun box and couldn't believe the improvement to my mood. When they ran out, I rushed to see if Amazon carried the same brand. They did but they were significantly more expensive than these. I've used this brand for other supplements and have been happy, so tried these. They seem to have the same effect or potency. I will definitely repurchase.
