You may request a full refund within 90 days from the date of delivery, no explanations required.

  1. Applies to all Matevara products
  2. Applies to both regular-priced and promotional items
  3. Covers first-time and repeat customers on the latest purchase
  4. Matevara will provide a return shipping label if a return is required, else we may ask you to simply dispose of the product and we will issue a refund 

Once approved, you will receive a 100% refund of the product purchase price.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at hello@matevara.com within 90 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and the email used at checkout

  3. Our support team will guide you through the next steps

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Return of Products

  • In some cases, we may request that unused or partially used products be returned

  • Return instructions and the return address will be provided if required

  • Products returned must be in reasonable condition unless defective or damaged

Exceptions – Situations Outside Our Control

While we aim to be fair and flexible, refunds for these situations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis where issues are beyond Matevara’s control, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing

  • Delivery delays caused by courier services, customs, or force majeure events

  • Refusal of delivery by the recipient

In these cases, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed but may be reviewed at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
