At Matevara, we want you to feel completely confident when trying our products. That’s why every order is protected by our comprehensive Return & Refund Policy.

All items purchased from Matevara, including sale items, are eligible for return and refund under this policy.

90-Day Return & Refund Policy

If for any reason you’re not satisfied within 90 days of purchase, simply email us at hello@matevara.com. Our team will guide you through the return process and, once approved, issue a full refund for your order.

Extended 180-Day Return & Refund Policy (6-Month Supply)

When you purchase a 6-month supply, you automatically qualify for our extended 180-day return and refund policy. You may use the products throughout the entire period, and if you’re not fully satisfied, you can still return them for a complete refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at hello@matevara.com to request a return.

  2. We’ll send you simple instructions along with the return address.

  3. Once your return is received, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval status.

  4. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 90 days of receiving the product:

  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 90 days after the estimated delivery date. 

  • Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and are either replaced or fully refunded.

If you notice an issue with the products or anything in the order that seems to be out of place, contact our customer support team and send a photograph along with a brief explanation of the problem. We will review the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement/refund. If your claim gets approved, and you require a replacement, we will have a new order shipped to you within 3 business days. If you request a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few work days.

REPLACEMENT/REFUND EXEMPTIONS

Matevara will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a produced product in case of:

  • Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

  • Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment* to yourself (if and as applicable).

  • Empty containers (products fully used beyond the limits of our guarantee)

  • Rejected by Customs - If a package is returned due to customs rejection, Matevara will not issue a refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to research import regulations for your country, and for the customer to pay any necessary customs fees.

  • Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please request a refund and then place a new order.

  • *Uncollected FedEx Deliveries - If the order is shipped via FedEx and is not delivered due to reasons such as the recipient being unreachable (e.g., incorrect address, missing or incorrect phone number), refusal or failure to pay import duties or taxes, or any other reason attributable to the recipient, the shipment may be abandoned or destroyed by the carrier. In such cases, we are unable to offer a refund, reshipment or a replacement. 

    Please note: To exercise your right to cancel or return under the EU 14-day cooling-off period, it is your responsibility to accept delivery of the goods. Failure to do so does not constitute a valid cancellation and may result in the loss of your right to a refund.

This Return & Refund Policy applies only to purchases made directly from Matevara. It does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
