This shipping policy applies only to the contiguous United States; delivery to PO Boxes, military (APO/FPO/DPO), and other non-standard addresses is not available.
Order Processing, Handling and Estimated Time for Delivery

Processing time = 1–2 business days
Transit time = 3–5 business days
Total delivery time = 4–7 business days from order confirmation
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

No Hidden Fees
The shipping charges displayed at checkout based on the total weight of your order are final. Matevara does not apply additional shipping fees, handling charges, or hidden costs beyond what is shown at the time of purchase. Any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Matevara is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
