This is the best! One dose works very gently. Not like liquid laxatives that work quickly and harshly. This is natural and introduces good bacteria in your system. I do keep it in the refrigerator as this is live probiotics. Though the bottle says it is not necessary to refrigerate.

I have been taking this probiotic for a long time. It works very well and is a good value for the money.

These are a very fast probiotics I’ve ever used. I’ve never felt healthier and my body more under control with this brand and count of good bacteria in my body that actually is telling the truth that it contains. I’ve never felt better.

I haven’t been through the first bottle yet. Reading other reviews they say it took awhile to work but once starting the second bottle it started working well. I am anxious to see. I will say I don’t have as much gas as before. Easy to swallow capsules. I am still constipated often but not as much before I took them.

I've tried drinks and yogurts, but they are too expensive and get old fast, figuratively and in fact. I've tried other brand pills but they either do not have the intended effect or give me gas and\or a stomachache.These however have never failed me in the 2 years or so that I've been taking them. It recommends 2 capsules per day, but I feel regular with just one even though two works even better.When I'm on antibiotics and my stomach acts up, I take 1 or 2 extra spread out throughout the day until a few days after the medication, and by the day after I upped my dose I feel perfectly fine again. There are few supplements that you can take and notice a difference soon after, this is one.

I'm using this product just a few days and I have to say it's working better than I could have possibly expected...My stomach and gut has been wrecked from medications and either I constantly have a lack of the right flora, maybe I've been taking ineffective probiotics, (even after taking the most expensive products available) but so far, nothing hasremotely worked for me...until I tried this product. Just one after dinner.... And it's so inexpensive I couldn't believe it would work..I was prepared if it didn't work to give it to someone else to try...but honestly, I had great results in 4 days...My gastric reflux calmed down after the second day..my perpetual constipation and bloating started to lessen...and maybe I'm the "senior" the product description talks about, the one that refers to the studies done on this product for the elderly........I probably have tried 25 or more different probiotics and still can't believe I might have found THE one and only probiotic formula that I've been needing all along..I'm a much happier camper since I foundthis...Five stars!!!

Take these everyday. They help with my gut/digestion as well as keep my lady bits regulated. I can literally tell a difference if I miss them for a few days.

So many choices of probiotics everywhere. I chose Newrythym based on 20 strains, the highest number of sales with Amazon monthly indicates customers reordering and the price. New to probiotics so nothing to compare it though it did begin working on day day3

Why this probiotics has a white top cap. First time I bought 120pcs capsule on it and this is the top cap. This probiotics I bought now make me having more acid everytime I take it. I've been buying this many times over the years and has a good effect on me but it was the yellow top cap this one top cap is the first one I received.

My wife takes these every day and loves them, they don’t hurt her stomach.

Works OK for me it does not seem to work as wells as the Vital Brand I used before. Vital Brand is made compacted and seems to go last longer in the gut.

I started taking these regularly because I’m prone to yeast infections, and I haven’t had a single one since. I took them all throughout my pregnancy with my OB-gyn’s okay, and they helped keep my stomach settled too. Really good quality, and the CFU count is great for the price
