Wow. Amazing help with anxiety and stress but I’ve had the best results with weight loss. I’ve lost 10 pounds in 22 days. Don’t get too excited, I’ve had constant diarrhea with this. I had gastric bypass surgery 3 years ago so my bathroom habits have been irregular anyway, plus I had gained back about 20 lbs but this is WAY over the top. There have been no stomach cramps just the urge to “go,” a lot. I haven’t had a solid stool since the morning of Dec 7 and have lost quite a bit of sleep due to going to the bathroom frequently but I’m retired so I can nap. This is working great for me as long as I can tolerate the diarrhea. Needless to say, I drink a lot of fluids to make up for what I’ve lost. I have been using this protein for some time. I ran it through my ai profile and fitness levels, and ai said it is a great protein. Yes the sodium is a tad on the high, but not at a level that is unreasonable, and that with your standard water intake throughout the day which you should be doing regardless it balances out.
