This medium for medicine is one of my favorites for ease of use during oral absorption. The biotin is definitely there in the taste. Unfortunately its a bit thick and non dissolving and tastes horrible, its also really expensive, at almost a dollar a pop. Maybe look for these when they go on sale? There is only a 30 day supply so I can't really say yet if these have had an effect on the quality of my skin, nails, or hair.

The tin that these come in is nice and great to keep them together. I got these for my daughter. She said that the strips taste more like tea than they do orange, but that it isn't unpleasant. She hasn't been taking them long enough to tell if they actually do improve your hair, skin and nails, but thankfully she hasn't experienced any negative reactions to them.

Works great absolutely no vaccine appearance was very nice. Overall I highly recommend this product and the quality of stuff there they dissolved very fast and no bad effects at all while using this product. It is overall splendid.

Biotin is touted for it benefits to hair and nail health. I was intrigued by this unique delivery mechanism of Biotin. Each strip is packaged individually in a thin black squared packet. The wrapping is easy to open. It has a light orange taste. It is sweetened with natural zero-calorie sweeteners: Monk Fruit, Stevia etc. It does leave an after taste associated with the Monk Fruit. I am not bothered by it. I solve it by taking few sips of water. I like that they have included vitamin D3 and Folate as well. So far, I have taken them for few days without any gut or other side effects. I hoping to see improvement in my nail and health after continued use. The tin container allows for quick storage in a drawer or backpack. Overall, it is good quality product that is a bit expensive for me.

I ordered these because I was impressed by the list of all natural ingredients (especially since I tend to lean toward the more organic side when dealing with medicine.) not to mention that I liked the idea of having something that I could easily take with me on the go and easily incorporate it into my daily routine, but so far to me they�re simply okay.

Granted, every ingredient advertised is there and I appreciate how compact the case is, but the texture and the taste area bit off putting. These dissolved more slowly than I�d expect and they left a slight film on my tongue that took awhile to fully absorb and the flavor in general could have been better.

With that said, these strips weren�t too thick or thin, you get quite a few of them for the retail price and the quality of the strips themselves is for the most part, what I�d expected it to be in comparison to other strips that I�ve tried in the past and although I haven�t been taking these for long I�m lol forward to see the results overall to my hair, skin and nails (which are thin and bendy.)

I ordered these Primal Hair Hair, Skin and Nails Strips to take a supplement, that I already take, in a new way. I take several supplements daily and most are in capsule or tablet form, so I absolutely love the opportunity to have other forms than tablets, capsules or powder mix. These dissolving strips have an orange scent and flavor and are sweetened with mannitol, stevia and monk fruit. If you're familiar with those low calorie sugar substitutes, you know there is an aftertaste with them, especially with monk fruit. So, I notice the monk fruit aftertaste in these strips, which is sour/bitter (?), but it doesn't last long and it's not a deal breaker for me. The strips dissolve well, but not instantaneously. If you have dry mouth issues, this might not be the best form of taking a supplement for you. They are thin, smallish and they come individually packaged within the tin, which is great, so they can't stick together. They seem to be excellent quality, and they are so easy to use. I haven't really noticed any changes in the length of my hair or strength of my nails, but as I mentioned, I had already been taking the active ingredients in this supplement for quite a while. They do seem to help keep my energy up during the daytime, though. That's a win for me.

As far as the longterm benefits are concerned, it's too soon to tell if they are enhancing my skin, nails, or hair growth, but I believe the biotin benefits are there due to the research that has been done by laboratories in the past. Overall: It's a nicely packaged supplement and is as convenient as it gets with consuming it. The price, to me, is fair based on the quality control that was put into the product.
